How a pod visit works
Meridian Pod Care combines a neighborhood Smart Pod with a licensed clinician review, so you can be seen the same day without a waiting room.
1. Create your account
Sign up in under a minute, confirm the state you're in, and accept the consent and liability waiver. Existing practice members can link their record instead of re-entering details.
2. Take your vitals in the pod
The pod tablet walks you through temperature, blood pressure, pulse, height and weight with plain-language prompts. You can also complete an assessment from your phone.
3. Answer the symptom check
A guided questionnaire captures your symptoms, allergies and current medications. Emergency red flags stop the flow immediately and direct you to 911.
4. Get a same-day plan
A licensed clinician reviews your assessment, adjusts the recommended tests and treatment, and publishes a plan you can read, download, or discuss by message.
