Terms of service

Not for emergencies
This service is not for medical emergencies. Call 911 immediately for chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, or thoughts of self-harm. Call or text 988 for mental health crisis support.
Scope of care
Assessments completed in a Smart Pod or on your own device are a triage tool. Automated recommendations are drafts only; a licensed clinician reviews them before any plan is issued. A clinician–patient relationship begins only when a clinician accepts and reviews your assessment. We do not diagnose or treat every condition and may direct you to in-person care.
Where we can treat you
Our clinicians are licensed in a limited set of states. You must be physically located in a state where we are licensed at the time of your assessment, and you agree to answer location questions accurately.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password private.
- Sign out when leaving a shared pod tablet; sessions also end automatically after inactivity.
- You may add dependent profiles only for people you are the legal parent or guardian of.
Consent and waiver
Before your first assessment you accept a consent and liability waiver covering self-service vitals capture and telehealth care. That waiver is part of these terms.
Fees and billing
Membership fees, dependent rates, and per-visit charges are shown before you confirm. Charges for completed visits are non-refundable except where required by law or approved by our staff. Insurance information you upload is used to produce a superbill; we do not guarantee coverage or reimbursement.
Pod use
Use pod equipment only as instructed on screen, do not damage or remove devices or supplies, and report malfunctions. We may suspend accounts that misuse pods or the service.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
